Course Overview
This 2-Day Agile course is an immersion into the role of the ScrumMaster. Exploring Agile Facilitation and Agile Coaching, and how the Scrum Master uses these skills to support the team, the Product Owner, and the Organisation. A-CSM learners must have completed CSM training.
