Deon is one of Australia’s leading CliftonStrengths practitioners and one of the first in Australia to be certified by Gallup to lead the CliftonStrengths Discovery course. He is passionate about helping individuals and teams discover their unique Strengths DNA so they can maximize their effectiveness. Deon believes that we all have unique contributions that when harnessed can achieve greatness.

Deon has over 30 years’ experience spanning Project & Program Management and Agile Delivery at iconic Australian organisations.
As one of the most experienced CliftonStrengths trainers in Australia, he has trained hundreds of teams in both Corporate and Government organisations including Telstra, Macquarie Bank, CBA, Woolworths and the Australian Army.
