RedAgile partnered with the Commonwealth Bank of Australia and Scrum Alliance to deliver a free virtual Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) course for the not-for-profit community. The course was attended by 30 people from 6 organisations (NPS Medicine Wise, Cerebral Palsy Alliance, BBM Youth Support, Beyond Blue, OzHarvest and Nida) and provided a foundational base on agile and scrum to help these organisations better run their businesses, who are at different stages in their adoption.

Helping with these initiatives provides a deep sense of purpose for team of agile coaches and scrum masters at CommBank, and provides valuable learning that the attendees would otherwise not have access to. Certified Scrum Trainer Sam Bowtell delivered the course with Stu Mitchell and the RedAgile team. We hope to offer this course every 3-4 months and try to open to a broader community audience as well as offering places on our other courses.
The CommBank coaches are also providing coaching and mentoring beyond the course to support the adoption and continuous improvement of ways of working within the community.
